The technician arrive between the designated time frame; along with a courtesy call. He showed up with ID and was very nice. He serviced/inspected my boiler and hot water tank and answered any questions I had. He was very professional. I surely would recommend Newton Heating and Cooling company!

Kick man from this company was knowledgeable, he could resolve the issue with ease, he could explain the problem and guided me on usage of the Air Conditioner. He was helpful, polite, and approachable.

I was in a new house and the AC went out and they came and looked at it within the hour and we needed a new part, but they hooked it up so it would run till the new part came in. Then they came back and put the new part in and everything is working great. Service was great. They are fast and they communicate to you during the whole process.

When they installed the pipes at the attic and then we got the chance to check it out! Our stuff was all arranged and organized and the pipes were secured neatly. They complete the project on the scheduled time frame. The manager is very professional and came to see us two times during the installation which took 3 days. We are happy to use Newton Heating and Cooling. Thank you!
