        Absolutely bombing the build of our new home. It's been 19 months since we secured the lot, and have had issues every step of the way. We were told 6 to 8 months, we're looking at 3x that number until completion. Additionally the contractor have been less than professional, supplied next to no communication, and have treated our lot as a junkyard. A serious warning for anyone looking to purchase in phase 2.
