Still brilliant. The reception with the new office manager was friendly and heart warming. Very safe environment Covid wise. Both the hygienist and dentist worked as a cheerful team gave a detailed account of what's going to happen and step by step intervention during the procedure. Updated equipment. Results were amazing. New staff is also cool.

As a healthcare provider myself, I hate to leave a negative comment, given how hard the staff and the providers work for their patients. I had an appointment with Dr. Sona at 6:30 pm, but apparently they dont take new patients after 5 pm (this wasnt mentioned while scheduling or filing out the form). I received a text mentioning this the morning of appointment but not over my mentioned preferred method of communication. They werent able to accommodate me during the same week for cleaning and I am getting married this weekend. So a disappointment experience at the very least.

My dental visit with Dr. Sona Fisenkova and her staff was amazing. She was very thorough and thoughtful with my examination and I really liked the fact that you are able to see your X-rays and color photos with detail explanation. I would 100% recommended this office with Prime Dental for your next visit.
