        Do yourself a favor and please find another cell phone carrier. Maybe the worst customer service experience. Refused to honor 14 day return policy within the 4 day of purchase. I was just informed that the problems I was having with a new phone was not documented as promised. Only the visit. If you do decide to go with Verizon make sure everything has been documented and you leave with a hard copy. I hope you have a better experience and Good Luck. Some of the issues... Applications would not work, did not hold a charge and the phone gets so HOT at times that you are unable to hold the phone.
