Gave the guy $200 cash for a service call (should have been suspicious when he wanted cash). He said he would start a well restoration the next day. Checked back a couple of days later and he said opp's I'll start it today by four. That is the last I heard from him, won't answer messages. Hired someone else but have been without water for two weeks now.

They came recommended, I needed water quickly, so I called them. Lousy business practice. Poor communication. Did not show up when they said. Said they would be back with excavator to dig out wellhead. Got a message 2 days later, dig it yourself or it will cost $200+ more. I was told to be patient, they were busy so, I was. Finally showed up March 19, 2022, 10 days after first communication with them, to do the job. Did not have the tools for the job. Came to acid treat well for plugged screen. Did not bring acid. Asked if I had pipe wrenches, theirs weren't in the truck. Had to go buy a couple. Truck leaking hydraulic fluid like a sieve and couldn't raise their boom without going to buy fluid. Finally did treatment after almost 2 hours, said it needed to treat 16 hours. Left around 6pm saying I would have water "tomorrow". Treatment time would have been up around 10am Sunday, March 20, 2022. They showed up around 5pm, took an hour to get their equipment cobbled together with rags and electrical tape to pump the acid out. Did not put well back together after pumping out the acid. Said they would have to get a new leather so I'd have to wait another day. Returned March 21, 2022, put my wellhead back together with parts they broke and knew were broken. Dumped 9 gallons of water down pump trying to prime the well. It filled the pit with water instead. They pulled the pipe back to the first joint, left my wellhead open, uncovered in the rain allowing it to fill my well and lines to the house with mud, they left and didn't come back for 2 days. Came back March 23, 2022 around 2pm. Replaced broken parts with used parts. Attempted to prime, said a coupler was leaking. Left to get new coupler at 7pm. Returned at 9pm. Came in to prime again around 10pm, 10:45pm said could not get pressure past 25 lbs. Went outside, got in their car and left. So, March 23, 2022, which was day 5 of a supposed 2 day job, never said a word, just left, leaving me without water. Haven't seen or heard from them since. I had to call in another well service company. My drop pipe had been replaced with a pipe full of holes. (I have photos of mine as they pulled it. What the new company pulled is different. Even if it had been my pipe, the holes are visible with the naked eye and very obvious! Who does that?) screen was pulled to find it still plugged, 1 connector had parts missing and 1 was replaced with a plastic piece not metal. My well, pump, and house lines, was full of sediment and gravel. New company replaced my screen, foot valve, drop pipe, and connectors, pumped the sediment from my well before hooking everything back up, cleaned out my pump, primed and got my water restored within 6 hours. But Triple J's took 5 days and I still had no water. Simply put, they were trying to take advantage of a recent widow with a disabled child and young teen at home. Please, beware.
