        Far cry from what it once was. Facilities do not warrant price

        Beds are horrible and not comfortable. Barely any channels on TV, front desk wasn't helpful

        All around great service great spacious jacuzzi rooms! Clean no dust that I saw. The first room smelled so the manager herself moved us to a very clean smelling room and it was actually a little bigger I think

        Online booking was a real headache. Got double charged, had to wait a week for refund. Rooms are ok, nothing spectacular. Desk attendant was real friendly and helpful. Location is right off US 10 so it had that going for it.

        You don't want to be in bed at 7:30 in the morning because you might have someone from the hotel come into your room. Then they said that the room was empty. Check out is not until 11:00 AM and we had just checked in the night before. They need to be more aware of what is going on inside the hotel. All they could say was that they were sorry. Noteworthy details: WORST experience of my life
