Worst hospital ever. Go in the ER because I'm having a miscarriage and they have me in the waiting room bleeding on myself because there is no rooms open I've been here 3 hours now and I just got my blood taken I highly recommend not coming to this hospital

Dont bother going to the walk in if you dont have covid. Went in for severe abdominal pain and turned me down. Never again!

Terrible service and only tested me for one thing, covid which I was negative for, then I continued to call them back since they never called me with results I had to check online to see if test was negative. When I called back next day they wouldnt anything else for me unless I came in to spend more money to see another provider who would also not do their job well. No thank you! I still the same way then when I visited the day before.

Front office staff is always very kind and courteous. My care received there almost has always been spot on. They've been great at urgent diagnosis and care, e.g., detecting influenza A and prescribing appropriate care. They are on the very very conservative side of prescribing appropriate meds. As a long time sufferer of several conditions, I know well the meds prescribed by specialists to treat conditions. I was disappointed last time not to receive the antibiotics necessary for a known L sinus infection - plaguing me since it was fragmented in an automobile accident. Instead of following my ENT's noted and recorded approach to immediate antibiotics, I was told it was a "cold." I know my body, injuries, and special needs. I then suffered 8 weeks with the infection, ENT retired, and providers fearing the "dreaded antibiotics." I finally received treatment via a neurologist. Besides that, care has been spot-on and professional. I'm all for natural healing and rest. It's just sad that meds have become a feared method of treatment. The hesitancy to prescribe even benign meds is apparent. I still would highly recommend the clinic in a pinch when one can't see one's own pcp or specialist due to delays in scheduling and timing of one's own pcp or one's onset of symptoms. The staff does do very good treatment. I'd give 4.5 for hesitancy of prescribing already historically charted meds for treatment and not listening to the insights and knowledge of the patient. But 5 stars for overall friendliness, cleanliness, fast desk-to-exam-room, and general care.
