        So lets start with the out dated Hours on there web site. There Phone Message says Closed Saturday intel May but in July they are closed on Saturday still. Do not return messages, called in about a part 2 times now got no follow both time was told have to have a guy look than failed to call back later that afternoon like promised. Come on its basic to update phone message and web sites to account for closed days hours to be correct. I get this is the U.P. but just because you have little competition does not mean you should lack basic business etiquette. Just to be clear I wrote this after trying to go on a Saturday two times to a closed yard. then today go in on a Friday to find out from searching in there lot that they are closed on 8/5/22 for whatever this was posted on Facebook I guess don't use it some other guy told me in the lot he was told they would have a part ready for pick up said he took time off work to drive down to find them closed. nothing on the door nothing from the staff about it closing Friday nothing on the company website. Just Sad.

      Randy,I am very sorry that your are so unhappy with the change. Unfortunately as the business has grown so have the insurance standards that go with it. It has become a very large liability to have the public in our yard. We also have noticed an increase in damaged parts from customer pulls. Please know it was a hard decision to make, but one we had to do to insure our ability to be able to supply our customers with quality used parts. I would also like to say that it wasn't necessary to swear and yell at the salesman you talked to. He was doing his job and trying to give you the information. He is a great asset to this company and we do not appreciate that behavior, nor will we subject our employees to it. Have a wonderful day.

      Zed,I do apologize for any inconveniences that us being closed has caused you. The website is a work in progress and I was unaware that the hours did not get updated like they did on google and Facebook. They are corrected now.As for the staff not getting back to you right away, sometimes it takes time to go and look for parts on the vehicles if they are not inventoried, especially items that are not interchangeable. Like most businesses in the area the last few years we have been short staffed and it takes us a bit longer to get back to you. If you still need something please call and ask to talk to the manager and I will be more than happy to assist you. We are not trying to deliver poor customer service just because we are in the UP, if anything we are trying to be better! So, again my apologies that your experience with us was unsatisfactory.Also, the part for the customer was looking for while you were here was located and he is satisfied with his experience with us.
