Cute little shop with lots of gifts and plants! Nice soap/bath bomb selection. The prices are a bit high, but the selection is very vast for a smaller shop.

They made a mistake and forgot to write down a change in pickup times. Not a big deal until the owner was rude to me about it like it was my fault. I wasn't in a hurry. I could have waited. What I couldn't do was put up with the exasperated sighs and passive aggressive insults while they acted like they were doing me a great favor by fixing their own mistake.

I would NEVER recommend this florist. My daughter used her for her wedding and Pam did not deliver the flowers that were requested; the bouquets and arrangements were much smaller than the size that were ordered. She showed up to the venue to deliver the arrangements an hour prior to what was scheduled (likely to avoid dealing with anyone) and just dropped off the boxes and did not answer texts or phone calls from the bride. We had to call on others to try to make something decent for the wedding. It was extremely disappointing. The week following the wedding, I presented her pictures of what she sent and compared them to the pictures that my daughter had given to her when she placed the order and she refused to discuss and asked me to leave her business. Her behavior was very nasty and unprofessional.
