Hello UpNorth G, We are so sorry that you had this experience at the Dam Shop. We certainly hold ourselves to much higher standards. At the Dam Coffee Bar, we aim to have every specialty drink come out at 140 degrees. We have a team of baristas who are dedicated and hold themselves accountable. We absolutely do accommodate allergies/dietary issues to the best of our abilities. However, things like having a mixed fryer and broaster only allow so much accommodation. We do have many gluten free items on the menu as well as gluten free buns. We apologize that you were uncomfortable in our space; we certainly do not encourage groups to hold meetings regarding political events, however we cannot control the conversations of our guests. Had it been brought to our attention; we would have been happy to address it.
