We live in Vacation Village in Elk Rapids.....over the past five years service has DECLINED dramatically......I wonder if the contract price has declined?? UNRESPONSIVE, unreliable, NOT A CUSTOMER BASED BUSINESS.......THIS snow storm, with drifting winds we have 4feet of snow in our drive......but hey, it's Christmas, "WE DON'T WORK ON A HOLIDAY".......

They plow my neighbors drive in the winter. They decided to plow the snow 5-8 feet into my yard, messing up the yard in the process. Called 5-10 times, leaving 5 voicemails. No returned calls. Drove to their office. Spoke with who I believed to be the manager/proprietor. Told in spring it would be handled. Spoke to another guy in the spring. Told me it would be handled. Left another voicemail last week. Never returned any of my calls. Havent fixed the problem. Have watched them cut my neighbors grass at least 3-5 times this year. Still cant find time to own up to their mistakes.

We had a huge mess because it snowed before the fall cleanup. They got here ASAP when they could open back up. Everyone worked hard and took great pride in their work. Call them. Youll be glad you did.
