        Made a friend sign over title to her Cadillac for the towing fees; wouldn't let her take HER battery of the totalled vehicle bc they run a battery revamping business as well. Not very sympathetic definitely out to make as much off someone as possible.

        We were out of town at a tournament for my son and as were getting ready to leave our key got shut in the trunk and the car was still locked. I swear it couldnt of been 20 minutes from the time I called that they were here and had us unlocked which I am so grateful because we had spent the morning in the rain and the afternoon in the blistering sun and heat. Thank you!!
