Hard website to navigate through and the house we were looking for that has their sign in the front yard was not found at all. That house has been on the market for quite awhile now so no reason for it not to be on their website. We are putting our place on the market and thought checking how existing realty companies do things would help us decide who to list with. Maybe it was us that just couldn't find that listing but then that would be due to a bad website experience either way.

I cannot recommend the Broker/Owner. We have had many issues with the home that she wrote a contract for. She negotiated a fair price but did a very poor job with writing up the home repairs in a way that protected us. We discovered the sellers were in violation of the contract after we closed. The Broker/Owner acted like she cared but in the end she just cared about her commission check. She didn't even contact the seller's realtor to let them know there were issues. I had to email the seller's agent to tell her what was going on. She is not a good advocate for her buyers. We needed help with our investment and she offered us nothing. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing this home and even had to hire a lawyer which cost us plenty. In the end, I feel most of this would not have happened if we would have chose someone else.
