        Ive been going to Jackson Hewitt for roughly four years now. Ive got to this exact one for the last three. I go in specifically for the loan. Two years ago I went in and filed and didnt get the loan. I had to call the office and it was an error on their part filing and they fixed it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued going. This year, same thing happened. I called the office a hour after I filed since I heard nothing about being approved or denied. Jackie insisted everything was good in their end. I called again Sunday. The lady insisted again it was nothing on their end, and gave me the number for republic back to call and find out the status. Called republic back, they had no record of a loan request being filed neither does Jackson Hewitts customer service. So I was given the run around to find out what I already knew and explained to the ladies that I spoke with. Now, Im being told nothing can be done, when the first time this happened it was fixed. Im being told that theyre waiting for a call from corporate office to figure out if anything can be done. Again, the first time this happened they fixed it. Very unhappy with the run around Ive been given, the error thats been made with my money, and very doubtful that Ill give them another chance to mess my taxes up again next year. Maybe if Jackie wasnt busy being obnoxious and arguing with the trainee that was in the office the lady that was preparing my taxes wouldve been able to concentrate and do them correctly.
