        This company deserves a 5 star rating ! Called in a Friday morning and they were out by 1 that day! Steve was very thorough on the phone explaining everything! Tim B was our technician and was super friendly and knowledgeable explaining all through the process. Dont hesitate when you need a company like this to give them a call!

        I own and operate a Dairy Queen. One of my coolers went down. After contacting the after hours line Matt and another technician arrived. They diagnose the problem, gave me options and ultimately fixed my cooler and Im back up and running. You cant ask for more professional, prompt and all-around great service. Ive used Karolyis for the past 6 years and have never been let down.
