I just called to schedule a meeting with them, and the receptionist or whatever let me get about 10 words into my request before impatiently interrupting me to put me on hold so she could answer another call. If this is the kind of customer service one can expect from Plante Moran, I'll take my Trust management needs elsewhere, thanks.
