Amie Brown told me what it would take to sell my house. It took a lot of hard work in spiffing up the place in a buyer's market, but my house sold. Best of all, it was obvious we were moving forward toward a sale bc Amie held frequent open houses. She didn't just lie down on the job like some realtors do. This doesn't mean selling was easy for me (it took many many hours of work on my part, on a house that was already in decent shape), but Amie told me what I needed to do in that market and she turned out to be right. On a personal note, Amie has a likeable personality, which helps a lot when you're working together in what can be a frustrating and stressful experience (selling). At that point in her career she had time to give me personalized service. If that's still the case she may be the right agent for you.
