        I paid for an Advance Care Planning certification course scheduled on 11/1/21. I mailed my fee and check 30 days ahead of time, but it was canceled due to low registration. I called to request them to return my fee, but was informed it was never received! I told her of my concern that I didn't want my check unaccounted for for something I never received, and had to pay my bank a $31.00 charge to cancel my check; there wasn't an option to pay online only mail-in registration. She never responded back to me or expressed any kind of concern for my well-being. I'm very disappointed in an organization that is supposed to help others that don't!
