Hope Network has done so much for my daughter, she has been going for about 6 months and although we had a little bit of an insurance hiccup Wes walked us through all of it, staying in contact and was there to welcome us back! The technicians that my daughter has worked with have truly made such an impact on her, she absolutely loves going every morning and its reassuring to find such a welcoming and caring center for her!

I have left four messages over the past month to try to follow up on where we are on a waitlist for an evaluation and have not received a call back. I understand us to be on the waitlist from when I spoke to someone there in early March of this year. I understand busy and staffing challenges, but this is incredibly frustrating when HOPE Network has a good reputation otherwise.

I don't know what my family would do without Hope Network!!!! The communication here is wonderful. The support is what every parent dreams of when you have a child with special needs. The techs have such a talent and passion to help kids and our BCBA is the type of person who I would gladly be best friends with if I could. Our family started working with Hope Network around October of 2020 when I was looking for a place that has AAEC evaluations for Autism for our insurance. They have been so wonderful answering my questions and concerns before we even started ABA services! When we started ABA services, the excellent care we have received has never stopped! We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful team and our son has had so many incredible improvements and goals met that were taken very seriously. I look forward to continuing services and celebrating every success my son has with them. They are part of the family now!!!
