I worked with Eleanor Cowen for my seventh home transaction (purchase or sale; none for rental or investment purposes). I was fortunate enough to work with a Realtor who was a friend on a prior home sale in Boston; working with a friend who also happens to be a realtor was a great experience. Working with Eleanor to buy was like working with my friend in Boston even though I didn't meet Eleanor until starting my search in East Lansing. Eleanor was (and continues to be post purchase) super helpful and responsive. She helped with every aspect of the purchase and helped me find the perfect place for my needs. She provided a wealth of knowledge and didn't shy away from giving an honest assessment of situations that came up during the search and the transaction. My availability was very tough and she always made it work. Eleanor went above and beyond and was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

This is the second house of mine Eleanor Cowen has listed and sold. My first house sold in 12 days and the present house sold in 2 days. I had 5 showings scheduled the next 3 days of it going up for sale. She definitely does her homework in looking at what has sold in the area and advising you on the best price to set your house at. Eleanor is very pleasant to work with. She sold me my second house and is helping me to look for another house. She is patient and works well with schedules. Eleanor is great at advising me which I greatly appreciate since I dont have others in making this big decision. I wholeheartedly recommend Eleanor to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

Eleanor and her team were amazing! She made the whole process super easy to understand, which as a first time home buyer was crucial. She answered all the questions I had, talked me through the whole process, and worked around my schedule. As a result, I couldn't be happier with my new home! I will definitely be recommending her to any friends or family looking to buy or sell their homes.
