Mary Jo sent out hand written letters to houses in the neighborhoods we wanted because we were searching for a house with a pool. She found us the house in our desired neighborhood for a great price!

I'd not use this agency again as I'd had a complicated sell and the agent/broker did not know of requirements for the township/county. This meant I'd needed to complete these requirements at the last minute and it was not a guarantee that they (township/county) would approve my variance. Unfortunately, this was only one issue I'd needed to deal with during my experience. Not recommending to any family or friends. I've bought/sold several homes with Howard Hanna/Edward Surovall and never had any problems as what I experienced with this agency. If someone tells you they have "years" of experience with selling in the area- please verify-wish I had.

Mary Jo was determined to help my family sell and purchase! We worked with her many years ago to purchase our first home, and knew that we would use her when it was time to relocate. She is always available, touches base, and points out things that are important when buying a home. Her communication skills are top notch and she is great at helping people!
