Dr Rouse is nice but come on.. Nobody values other peoples time.. Idk what is going on with the front desk.. Just can't get through in less then 30 mins.... Also being hung up on... Not worth my time....

Dr. Angelina M. Iafano, DO went above and beyond during my recent visit. Despite her busy schedule, she worked me into her lunch break to accommodate me into her busy schedule. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. Dr. Iafano's expertise and compassionate care made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

The front desk staff are rude, inconsiderate, and dont answer their phone. This morning I was 1 minute past their 10 minute grace window for my infants appointment and they refused to see me or offer me an appointment any sooner than over a month out (are you kidding me?). The kicker is it was THEIR FAULT I was late - I tried to call to confirm my appointment earlier this morning and sat on hold for over 25 minutes before literally just giving up and getting in the car to drive to them. I called the Okemos branch and not only did they actually answer their phone (!); they also got me in next week. Unless their therapists arent as good, Ill never be coming back here. Dont waste your time with this rude clown show.

I waited 4 months for an appointment. I get there today and was directed to the wrong suite 3 times. When I finally made it to the correct suite, I was then 10 min late and they turned me away. I asked them to make an exception as I was down one floor because that's where I was sent. No. They would not see me. So now I have to wait 2 more months for a new appointment. Thank you MSU for wasting my time, keeping me in pain and being of absolutely no help. I called my doctor to refer me elsewhere.
