First experience I took my car I to get the fuel pump replaced . I asked them to make sure and remove all the old gas as it had been sitting for 3 years and they didn't. Also now every time I fill my car up it over fills and dumps gas all over the ground so they obviously forgot to put the fuel filler neck on properly . Then to make it worse they broke my flex pipe by bending my exhaust rather than removing it to drop the tank and when they welded the new flex pipe in they did so in a way that it definitely wouldn't hold and would have to be serviced again . Figured I'd give them another shot so brought them the car again and asked them to look at the tires as again it had been sitting for 3 years on flats and when driving had a very bad vibration and figured the belts in them were shot . They didn't even look at the tires but told me it was the rotors ! Funny thing is that everything from the hubs calipers rotors and breaks were just replaced . This showed me that not only do they make up problems for them to fix but they intentionally break things when they have a car in just to get more work . My advice is stay as far away from ryans auto . Use a place like boyne city tire and repair , as there I got friendly and accurate service for a very reasonable price.
