Kayak Launch

It is just a regular boat launch. It is very steep so if you are mobility impaired it is hard to navigate and manage. Having a handicap accessible launch would be helpful

This is an excellent place to launch a Kayak as you can just paddle up river under the bridge to the dam. Water is shallow depending on the time of year but also very quick moving due to the dam you need to stay in the eddie otherwise you are taken downstream quick. Also you can park close and in short walking distance to many restaurants downtown.
