I lived here for 3 years. I had no issues until the Jerry left. Took about a 1.5 wks to get maintenance in to fix my tub. My car was stolen and I felt as if managment could careless. Than out of nowhere the owners decide to sell the complex, and the new owners are not renewing leases. So yeah management doesnt care about the tenants.

I love the staff here They care for the elderly and disable. They will help anyone in need .
All they ask is that you respect your neighbors and your lease,by Smoking outside Your apartment.
It's very peaceful and everyone minds there own business.
Very close to downtown and a grocery store.
We don't hear police sirens or Kids outside after dark
We don't have trash or paper on our property so yeah I think it's a Descent place to come home too.
