I called (twice) to ask if my refund could be tracked as it was taking quite some time. I was told by Missy to go to a website to track them myself. After contemplating that I decided to call back. I paid to have my taxes done, they should hopefully do the follow up. I was treated very badly, disrespectfully and very VERY rudely by Missy. She actually yelled at me "I don't have access to a computer!" You could have explained that nicely dear before the situation escalated. Very poor customer service

Horrible customer service over the phone with Missy, she needs to check herself before she loses this company a lot of business I will not be returning to file my taxes and will tell everyone I have brought to them not to file as well! :)

Randy has been preparing my taxes for a number of years. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He has a great breadth of knowledge, stays current and still manages to be efficient. Additionally, on top of all of that he is very personable and enjoyable to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
