Rooms: We bought the upgraded room with the sofa couch in the living room. Little did I know it would only have a small sub 30-in TV in the bedroom awkwardly place to be able to view it from the couch. Additionally, the channels on the TV were under 10 that were available and most of those that were available were sports woo. Definitely something I'm interested in... There was a lot of ambient noise around as well, and finally cleaning. Tried to come in at 8:30 a.m. for what reason I do not know and additionally came back and knocked at around 10:00. So if you're going to stay there, I would definitely recommend the do not disturb sign. Be hung if you don't want early wakes. Other than that the beds were clean.

The overall hotel was alright, standard for a Holiday Inn. However the bathroom could be better and I also found a few stains on my bedding. Other than the hotel I would rate this hotel with a 0 if possible for its staff. During a family trip to visit nearby colleges we stayed here and were treated extremely poorly only to be kicked out of the establishment the following day, after paying for multiple nights in this accommodation, with no explanation as to why. The manager onsite failed to provide a reason and when we asked she called the police because she (in her words) "didn't want to deal with this". When traveling without my family I never opt to this chain but after this experience it's highly unlikely that I will book a stay with any Holiday Inn in the future if this is how employees are trained to treat customers. These employees are not equipped to provide adequate hospitality and customer service.

It was supposed to be a simple getaway, a break from the routine. We checked into the first hotel, hopeful for a relaxing stay, only to be met with disappointment. The accommodations fell short of expectations, prompting us to seek refuge in a sister hotel. Relieved to find a semblance of comfort, we settled in, only to face an unimaginable ordeal. Despite paying for our stay, we were abruptly ejected by armed police officers at the behest of the hotel staff, who fabricated excuses to justify their actions. Exhausted and disheartened, we embarked on a grueling 10-hour journey back to Philadelphia, navigating through perilous situations, narrowly avoiding multiple accidents along the way. The bitter truth dawned on us: our harrowing experience was not just about dissatisfaction with service; it was a stark reminder of the systemic injustices that plague our society, where the color of our skin subjected us to discrimination and humiliation.
