As an out of state investor, I feel very lucky to have found Jeff early on in my search n the Ann Arbor area. I could tell pretty quickly that he is very knowledgable in the investment space. He gave me a lot of advice about surrounding markets. He was very patient while I decided where to start. Then when we found the ideal investment property, his experience and knowledge was evident in negotiating the deal. Throughout the process he was very thorough and responsive. He went the extra steps necessary to win the deal and close the deal despite some interesting criteria with this particular property. This including communicating with the building department, etc. He is also a delight to work with. I look forward to closing more deals with Jeff and highly recommend him to fellow investors.

Jeff Roth helped me purchase my first home in February 2022. Buying a home as a first time homeowner can be terrifying, but Jeff helped put a lot of my anxiety at ease. He was available to me when I needed it and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He guided me through the process and put my best interests first. I highly recommend him.
