The owner of this company blew through an intersection with a yield sign today in a red truck with a trailer/digger attached and almost hit me.I noticed there were still people on site from where he was driving from. I spoke with the other person working to get the name of the Company, so I could call and inform them of this situation. I was told not to bother as it would fall deaf ears because the person driving was the owner and he didn't care.Do you think he will care when he actually hits someone?

We had an issue with our septic system (we had a broken pipe and sewage was coming into our house), which was obviously very distressing and we needed urgent help. We called Diggit and Jeff came out the same day and assessed and diagnosed our issue and then fixed it within 48 hours. As fixing our issue required removing our A/C unit, Jeff even found an HVAC person to come out and disconnect and reconnect our A/C unit for us, so that the work could get done properly. We were so impressed with Jeff's promptness, professionalism and quality work and we would recommend Diggit to anyone dealing with a septic issue.

Jeff quoted me $5,000 for a water line replacement. I agreed and a week passed. I had my water turned off and was ready to go. Then I received text message from Jeff saying he was actually going to pass on the job. When I spoke with him he said there was extra work involved (hand digging) and rebid the job to $7500. Don't think it was intentional but now I wasted a week, paid to have my water turned off and also told all the other bidders I was going with someone else. Maybe he does good work but I got the run around this time because Jeff didn't inspect properly before bidding.

They left all the old equipment, trash, pipes etc. Did not install water heater, or water softener, or washing machine. Told home owner to read the instruction book. Did not answer questions. Placed thiere tools and equipment on kitchen countertop and table. When asked a question, the response was. "We'll see. Would NEVER recommend this company!!!
