        usually i go to this arbys or the one on jackson rd and get great service. today was different. i ordered a fish with tomato lettuce cheese sandwich. got home and it did not have tomato and lettuce . i called and the manager instead of providing customer service just landed on saying though my order was screwed up i wasnt charged for the tomato and lettuce as a deluxe? I also always tip. So wrong sandwich order and i tipped $2 and change. Disappointing. I expect better, but also understand this just might be one of those days for them.
