When it comes to your structure, dont call just anyone. Do your research and interview more than one entity for one of the most expensive and important aspects of your property. Ultimate has a reputation as a trustworthy and professional source for structure work, and boy am I glad to have had them do the work on our townhouse. They had engineers within their network that drew up plans to correct some sag, and the end result has so far been fantastic. What makes Ultimate worth a 5 star review was their tradesmen. They are clean, professional, detail oriented, and they dont cut corners. Their guys were out daily for a bit over a week, and they were kind enough to give us their opinion on small items we noticed in other parts of the house. The gentlemen who came were not only good at their craft, but they were a joy to have in our home. Shoutout to Fred and Chad for the good times. Theres no other structure contractors we would pick.
