      Sami, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Ultimately, it does fall on my shoulders to ensure that the service one receives is nothing less than 5 stars. While we were at closing, you and I reviewed our email exchanges and our text message exchanges regarding the terms of your loan. I recall requesting phone conversations on multiple occasions during the process to ensure that we were working collaboratively on your transaction, however no calls were received. As you can see by the 80+ reviews, this is not a typical review of our service. Again, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your process. Communication is the #1 issue that causes reviews like this, I accept the responsibility and will do better in the future.
