Kari was FANTASTIC to work with!!! This was my first time selling a house and I had no clue what I was doing. She made it so easy and so incredibly simple! She was ALWAYS available! I was full of questions and she answered every one of them quickly, knowledgeably, honestly and never made me feel stupid for asking something it felt like everyone else would probably know but I didnt. Communication is VERY important to me and she was amazing at it! Email, phone calls, texts whatever it was she was very quick to respond and it never felt like I was bothering her or she was blowing me off. Never! From the first phone call to our closing was exactly one month. That has to be some kind of record! She was kind, efficient, honest, knowledgeable and communicative. I will not hesitate to call her again should I need a great realtor and Im recommending her to everyone I know! Thanks for everything Kari!
