Looking at the menu in the drive through, no one behind me. I was asked if they could take my order, I told him it will be a minute as I was looking at the menu! After the second time of him asking, I informed the cashier, I was still looking at the menu and to please be patient. The worker at the window, took my card and handed it back, and you could clearly see he had an attitude. When he handed me the food, I asked for sauce at that time, because he didn't give me even a second before that to even ask. He proceeded to grab a handful of the sauce, and harshly handed them to me then he slammed the window. I sat there for a second, then I drove around and went in to talk to the manager, Come to find out the man giving me the attitude IS the manager. I went all Karen on him, and I'm proud of it. How dare he give any customer and attitude, simply because I asked him to be patient, because I was looking at the menu. I spent $40.00 and got nothing but rude customer service. Who do these kids think they are now days? I will never return to Dewitt Taco Bell. He also threatened to call the police on me, I told him to go for it, I have never been in any sort of trouble not even a ticket and I'm 51 years old. I'm so tired of the disrespect. The guys working tonight couldnt wait until I left to laugh and talk about me. I placed a mobile order and could hear them in the background on the speaker repeating my name in a high pitched voice like 12 year old boys do when theyre being immature in middle school. Then they started laughing loudly when I pulled up to window and I was the only customer there in the drive thru. Maybe make sure to turn off your headset first, or at least wait until I leave if you want to make fun of a customer. Its been months since the first incident, but this is also not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Super disappointing to be treated this way as someone who struggles with anxiety. I will never feel comfortable coming back to this location.
