Rainbow Shops

The store hours on the building say close at 8:00. While I was in the store, the lady behind the counter yelled for the security to lock the door at 7:25. Around 7:35 security is telling me the store is closed. I responded that the sign says closed at 8. 30 seconds later, he tell me the store is closed again. 30 more seconds, he said they want me to make my final selection. I informed him again that the sign says you closed at 8 and you all need to change it to 7:30 if that's the case. I could hear the registered being counted down for the night, and he kept telling me the store was closed. There were people still trying to get in within business hours but the associates do not care about the hours of business. They were ready to leave and hit the streets for the night.

When you have young rude envious, jealous, and unprofessional individuals working in customer service you will lose customers it's too many sites to shop at and other stores with great customer service, these new age individuals need to stop worrying about their self-hate and do a good job where they get paid for Customer Service....
