Discount Dumpster left my concrete walkway damaged to the point that it is too dangerous to pull-up park, walk in the area I call to inform company of damage, I took pictures as instructed by the driver that caused it… I was denied claim the Manger citing unable to determine integrity of concrete that was damaged by their pick up driver I offered before pictures she stated it is not necessary that they are covered under the liability clause that I signed Service: House/garage cleanout

I rented two dumpsters when I replaced my deck. The service was outstanding. The office staff really overcommunicated everything so that I knew exactly what to expect, and the drivers were really on point.

Discount dumpster gave me a reasonable price for the size dumpster I needed. They delivered within 48 hours. I have already scheduled another rental with them. Very pleased.

At first I was happy with the timing delivery of the company. Little did I know that they took the wrong pickup date and charged me extra for a service fee of $125.00 when discount dumpster representative made an error. They even have a recording of me asking for 10 days, but still charged me a pickup service fee 3 days after they dropped it off. They new this was for a renovation for my mothers house who had just passed away, but discount dumpster didn't even care.

Grant Fulenbach took my call and was extremely knowledgeable explaining the rental process and what it cost. We have a narrow driveway in an historic neighborhood, so navigating up our driveway is a bit of a challenge, but the delivery driver did a fantastic job. The other driver that picked up the dumpster was also an incredible driver and super nice. This is obviously a very well run company, all my calls were handled very professionally.
