Jimmy,Cortez and John were phenomenal in my process of obtaining a new vehicle. My engine went out on a truck a got from them 4 years ago not only did they buy it back but put me in another truck with no problem. Man these guys rock mind you I still had a note on the previous truck and they did not have to buy the truck back. I'm forever grateful to them and completely satisfied with my new truck!

Do not be fooled by the reviews. This car company is full of frauds. They sold me a car in November of last year that I have been fixing on ever since. They also was trying to pull a scam on my warranty company and when it didnt work they just said forget about providing me with any real customer service. The first two times that they had my car they provided me with a rental but after the car kept messing up they didnt want to help me anymore. Ive call multiple times for a list of things they fixed on the car and theyre manager (the guys that sits in the office with glasses) always tells me hell call me back but never does. Then when I try to call them back no one answers. The only person that actually tried to help me was the salesman Kevin but I think thats cause he felt bad about selling me a car they knew was messed up. Now Im locked in a loan for a car that hasnt run well since I purchased it. I would never recommend anyone to deal with them. 12/26/23- Update Yes I did buy my car from this location in November of last year 2022. Do not be fooled by the reply from the company owner. They are frauds and when I took my car the Castle auto shop across town they shook theyre heads when they asked me where I got the car from and told me they see it a lot. Stop lying. Yall are frauds. Now wanna say I didnt get my car from them. FRAUDS I WISH I DIDNT BUY MY CAR FROM YALL

Im only give one star because you have to pick something. My experience here has been TERRIBLE. I have financed with this place before and everything was ok. So as a returning customer i expected MORE. Ive had my car for 3 months and i had to get a transmission put in. After 3 months!!!!! I called the dealership, they talked to the mechanic and were suppose to get back to them but never did. The dealership was ducking and dodging my calls. I finally got a hold of mark after a week and he proceeds to tell me that i should have brought it back to them to fix not anyone else. SIR you are on the Eastside and Im west..there was no way. I was very polite and cordial and mark suggested i email the manager, whom might i add was never in the office..that was a week ago, Ive received not a single response. Im a single mother and i went here to get a reliable car but i just had to pay $3000 that i didnt have to get my car back. Never do business with them!
