SMART

As someone who prefers and would like to rely on public transportation to and from work to Detroit. This has to be one of the most unreliable forms of transportation. Constant delays. Drivers calling off. Buses that leave the main station only to drive 3 stops and breakdown. Trying to call to see if a scheduled bus is even showing up gives you the run around because 80% of them dont use any gps as advertised. In this day and age walking would be a better commute and would get you to your destination faster.

The bus drivers is mean and angry most of the time I respect their hard work but to treat the passengers like they are nobody we pay our money to ride and they tell you to shut up the biggest threat is putting a person off the bus because of their own attitude and authority to do so we have places to go and everyday problems some situations is caused because the drivers are entitled to say what they want with nothing being done cameras are ineffective because they wont protect the customers even when making a complaint unfortunately I still have to use the services I no longer feel protected riding the bus

I. Don't. Like Smart connector there. Bus service sucks I. Move. From the flint area and your ride is better than smart connector in. Detroit area and I. Wish they could do better your ride is way better than smart connector get it together y'all and. Your ride runs on weekends too unlike Smart connector
