Mike was very helpful and helped me retrieve my vehicle at a very fast paste no attitude or rudeness like any other junkyard

They went through my car stole my husband wedding band, Versace Gold chain, Jumper cables, iPhone chargers, iPhone holder and my daughters bracelet. Went through all my stuff and the female dispatcher was trying to defend them, knowing they didnt have no business in my car period. State Farm went to pick up my car and they had the driver waiting for two hours because they couldnt find my keys. This was just on March 22 2024. Its so horrific how people go through your stuff and take things. If my family dont get their belongings back, I am going to sue. Dispatcher is nicely rude and her supervisor or manager was supposed to call me so she sat but havent called yet.
