Access Point Towing

I had a great experience with a towing company in Detroit. After struggling to find someone to tow my Maserati from the dealership to my house, I decided to look for alternatives. I found a top minority-owned towing company through social media and they were a lifesaver! They arrived within 30 minutes, were very polite and helpful. The gentleman who helped me made me feel at ease and reassured me that I wasnt alone in my situation. I highly recommend this towing company to anyone in need of assistance.

I called aaa and they said that they didnt have anyone who was equipped to tow my particular vehicle I then reached out to Access Point. The driver was very polite and jumped right into action to get my car onto his truck. It was pouring down raining and he still was able to get the car loaded up in under 20 minutes. I will definitely be calling them again! Thanks Access Point!!

Super kind and very helpful towing company. They even took a few minutes to help me out with changing my tire. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Dispatcher was extremely rude when I called to get towed when my tire blew out. He kept saying that he thought I was playing with him. When I finally convinced him that I really needed assistance, he said he didnt have anyone available right now. When someone is stuck on the side of the road, the last thing they need is a dispatcher adding more stress to their day

Jarell was amazing!!! He was the best! He was the 3rd service contacted through my app. The 1st service couldnt help, 2nd never showed and Access was number 3! Saved the best for last!!! Thank you Jerell for getting my car out of the parking garage and getting me to the dealership safely!!!! I highly recommend everyone to use Access!!!! They were awesome!!!!
