I have a ongoing lawsuit against this tow company for fraud, violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act and Theft By Deception. They added costs to my bill for which there was no justification and attempted to embezzle me out of more and more money. They are very rude and disrespectful and they have no compassion for people. They overcharge and take advantage of people that are in bad and often emergency health situations. They are parasites and something needs to be done about them. My son parked in a private lot across from the hospital and they towed it. The registration was in the vehicle with my info, but they didn't contact me. The car was towed after 3:30 pm. They charged me $465 and I picked the car up before 1pm. They charged me for two days for 18hrs of storage. I had $470 and they refused to change my $10 bill stating that they don't keep change. They also refused to take $460 for a tow that shouldn't have been close to that price. My son had a health emergency and made an error in judgement, as young people often do and it cost me. They had no compassion or empathy for my situation and reading these reviews I see I'm not alone. Needless to say if the MSP want better community relations they could start by dissolving their relationship with this company and I'd give that advice to any other organizations or property owners that use them. They are the worst tow company I have ever worked with! My car was on they yard for 12 days which came up to $360 They DOUBLED my prices and added additional fees that did not apply to my car which my total came up to $1048. I asked to speak to a manger and they refused to get him or allow me to speak to him about the fees they could barely even back down what the fees was for. How is the fees more than the storage they are some scammers and they try to get over on people they need to be shut down!!! Service: Car towing

This place is robbing people blind. If you need to have your own tow to get your car home/shop they change you an additional $75 just to go on there property. And if you use them they charge $95.

Got into an accident in Detroit and car was towed to Wyandotte and was charged $350. I was charged the clean up mess when the other car caused the accident and because they were first tow truck company to arrive. Brother's wife was in an accident in Ionia and the tow bill from Ionia to Wyandotte was $275.0] The tow truck driver was nice and tried helping but management at the company wasn't willing to help they just wanted the high price.
