        They had my lap top for two months. Girst they didn't fix it after all that time and second they broke my screen frame and played it like they didnt know what i was talking about. Oh and thirs, i had to take it to another place, and they said, whoever opened my computer previously, closed it up like a little kid would! I think that says a lot.. Never again!

        My CPU crashed (blue screen of death) while I was trying to repair a security error. Delighted to find a local repair source - Mack stayed open late for me to drop it off (& did offer to pick up) - Diagonsed, repaired, cleaned out the accumulated dust and had my "baby" back in working order in less than 2 days. Very personable, willing to work within your availablity schedule and it felt great to support a small business owner in the neighborhood. A definate 5 stars!
