WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR.. I was there for 7 months and there was still access that I didn't have to properly do my job. When I would reach out for help no response in chats or they would take forever to respond and the caller would get frustrated and hang up. Then they get mad that u have customers on hold. IF YOU WOULD PROVIDE ME ASSISTANCE I COULD DO MY JOB. I would transfer calls back to the queue so someone would correct access could help. They got mad about that. VERY DISORGANIZED I'd have meetings with QA no one would ever show. One time someone did. DO NOT WORK HERE RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. They expect you to be perfect but don't have their stuff together. My team lead couldn't even remember my schedule. I'd get calls asking why are u off? Duh cus my shift is over. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE.

Stay away from this company, I tried to send an email to the CEO to thank him and I got fired by GalaxE. I was there for only 2 days, I was working as a Software Engineer it was the most bizarre experience of my life.
