Mink Detroit

First timer and already plotting a return trip. Cutie little spot with thoughtfully curated seafood and libations. The quality of everything (including the service) was exceptional. I enjoyed the well-balanced dishes and unexpected flavors. The tasting with beverage pairing was perfectly executed and the throw in caviar bumps are icing on a very decadent cake. If you dont like seafood, you should skip (or better yet, challenge your taste buds), otherwise treat yourself at your earliest convenience.

A fabulous seafood forward dining experience! We had the tasting menu, lobster roll and tinned curry trout. The food was excellent and they were wonderful with handling allergies. The restaurant space is charming and service was great - exactly what Id hope for with the price point. Im excited to come back and try items from their ala carte menu. Dietary restrictions: Great place to dine with if you have allergies. I have a citrus allergy and they did a phenomenal job accommodating.

This restaurant offers simply the best in tasting menu, wine sampling, cocktails and most of all service. A cozy atmosphere and unpretentious service adds to the joy. It stands out among the many other new restaurants in the city. Definitely a keeper!
