I had worked with David Brooks for years managing my Detroit properties and although he is very knowledgeable about Detroit real estate he and his employees constantly dropped the ball and had zero oversight into keeping up with how the tenants were destroying our properties but then when they would up and leave would send us a huge bid for repairs when we had just spent the same amount a year before for the last tenant. Recently we received notification he was stopping all property management services and we came to find out he had neglected most of our properties in such horrible ways its going to cost us 10s of thousands of dollars to get these properties rented again. He didn't even let us know a tenant had moved out prior to his lease and did nothing to secure the property which is now filled with sewage and gnats. I had thought highly of David at one point but all of these missteps has truly changed how I feel and I'm sure I speak for most of his clients some of which I referred and they all feel he has screwed them as well.

Omg the real estate company is about there tenants anytime I have had a problem depend on when I reported it that day or the next my problem was solved my Furnace went out told them about it three days ago this morning they had a brand new furnace and the realtor Ms.Ashley man she is that deal she has helped me on her off days always responds to my calls or text I thank God for her yes they a one.
