I would highly recommend working with Ishma, Tyrone and the PREP Realty team. We worked with Ishma for quite some time (on and off for a few years) as we took our time waiting for and finding the perfect house. We felt supported 100% of the time, never rushed, and that Ishma and his team always had our best interests in mind.

Do not do business with this slumlord company!! They will rent you apartments to their friends with no phone number no office and no contact info (which they have all of) but refuse to give to you for the business privacy rights while your building gets condemned and the owner goes into hiding and refuses to return security deposit and rent!! Prep reality does shady business do not trust them go somewhere classier with more credentials ya know who have been around for a long time and dont do slumlords from Detroit a back door favor for they friends

Set up a tour for an apartment, unit I was interested in wasnt available. I wasnt notified that the property wasnt available until 40 minutes after my set appointment time, I tried to reach out to the realtor, did not answer call or respond to text. She finally responded 40 minutes later in an unprofessional manner, didnt issue an apology for their lack of communication on her part. Also she sent an email cancellation 40 minutes after the appointment. Theyre very unprofessional, would not recommend!!!
