Ive called plenty times after I moved out to get a break down of things they paid for if such when I moved out because I never got my security deposit back I was giving the run around that such and such will call here we are months later no call no nothing my former leasing company informed me that the landlord was getting a new management company which was Midpoint on May 24,2022, June I put in my 30 day notice July I paid my rent in full the 31st I moved out so once again Im demanding a break down of repairs that took place at the property that I wasnt given my security deposit here Im writing again from my follow-up post on 3/13/2024 I was never called or given an explanation of why I havent gotten my security deposit these ppl are very unprofessional I shouldve filed a small claims case after 30 days of not getting a response after my multiple calls its been 2 years and my wife ask did I ever get my deposit back the answer still is no smh

The front desk does have a rude tone about her.3/1/24 I called to find a property management company for my rentals in the area. Reading your reviews never mind.
