I have been working with Sotero for an year now. He has been involved with me on multiple properties. I am a remote investor & Sotero always goes above & beyond to help me out. He is a one stop shop for all my property needs even after closing the property. It was extremely kind of him to collect rent by physically driving to my recently closed property & depositing the money to my account. Sotero is the reason why I m buying more properties with him & ignoring other realtors as others are more interested in selling me thr property while Sotero is more interested in addressing my concerns. He also always stays ahead in the game. He will always have proper appendum signed to protect u & always have already followed up on pending items before I even ask him. I have attached out of many one pic where Sotero is trying to help me with city with change of ownership so City can update landlord info & future rents can be delivered to the right new owner. It is my honest opinion & I am reachable to confirm & stand by whats written here!

Sotero developed a strategy to get me into a really nice house when I was struggling to compete with other buyers in this tough market. I would have never been able to purchase a home without his negotiating skills and expertise. In addition, he was beyond patient with my millions of questions and was available even outside of business hours. Im eternally grateful for Sotero and for this new set of keys.

I highly recommend Sotero services as a real-estate agent. He did a phenomenal job of getting my house sold in a very short period of time.
