        The blonde lady that runs this company is not very nice. She spoke to me in a way that I had to leave immediately and I cried in the driveway. I will not be attending any more of their estate sales. If you have any questions regarding items they have for sale.dont.

        Went to a estate sale today and the blonde women . Laughed in my face when i offered her 30 $ for a set of 3 incomplete chairs she wanted 60$ for and told me I was trying to rip her off . I told her she did not have to be so rude and condescending to somone. And then she proceeded to tell me in a room full of people that they make pills to treat what is wrong with me. If this is how this company treats a U.S. disabled military veteran or anyone in the capacity they did to me today. I wouldn't let these people into your loved ones house to handle their estate . If this how they treat your family members neighbors. Don't let your loved ones nieghborhoods last memories be a super unprofessional acting estate sale company . Their are many other companies out their that will treat people with respect and dignity

        They rigged an estate sale I attended that had highly coveted sports/music memorabilia. They gave the top spot on their sign up sheet to a friend of theirs who immediately beelined for the merchandise worth the most (he obviously knew where it would be) and bought it all as a lot. Very dirty way of doing business when so many avid collectors went out of their way to attend. I know for a fact they rigged the signup sheet because I was there when they got it out. The first person who had arrived was handed it and remarked in how there was already a name in the first spot. Dirty business that ticked off many collectors that had gone out of their way to sign up for one of the best spots on the list. Theres better estate sale companies to work with.

        I recently went to their Detroit sale ( Im coming from Ohio, 4 hours away) the sale was awesome. The prices were fair, and the company who ran it were very professional and nice. 10/10 will definitely look forward to their sales in the future.

      With no comment, we cannot address your specific concern. We will say this, however. People sometimes forget that the items at an estate sale are someone's possessions that are being sold to offset the costs of life challenges, often times a death or serious illness. We work hard to generate as much revenue for our clients as possible in these stressful times. We can find it frustrating when people come to our sales on 50% off days and ask for even greater discounts when the deals are already exceptional. Our clients aren't corporations or businesses, but people in difficult situations. We are grateful that most of our customers understand when we seem unwilling to come down more on our prices.

      As a professional estate sale company owner and operator, my primary goal is to serve the best interests of the family of the deceased owner of the estate. This means getting the most we can in a limited time for the possessions of a loved one for the family grieving a loss - in this case, a father and veteran. We work hard to generate that revenue, and are always willing to entertain good faith offers from customers attending our sales.In this case, however, you offered an insulting amount for three vintage midcentury modern barstools, while also claiming that you were a neighbor of the gentleman. And while negotiation is an expected part of the process, so too are buyers seeking to take advantage of an unfortunate situation. When that happens, we defend our clients and treat such offers with the regard they deserve, especially when they come from "neighbors."Thank you for your service. In the future, however, remember that estate sale companies do not exist to provide you bargain prices at the expense of our clients.
