I read the reviews and my silly self still tried to apply and came out of $80 just for them to scam me out of an app fee. Ima schedule a viewing and whoop that b i t c h a s s. Do not trust them. They are scammers and will lie and say u have evictions. Not to mention, they are real disrespectful because they really aren't professionals. They are scammers who is coming up off of ppl giving them app fees. They also make fake accounts on Google just to put fake 5 star reviews on here.

THIS IS A SCAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR APPLICATION MONEY AND GO SILENT IGNORING ALL CALLS AND VOICEMAILS, HIGHLY DONT RECCOMEND THEM IF YOURE INTERESTED IN A HOME. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!

I always check reviews when I do anything... and some of these reviews got me nervous... I did an application and at first was denied because it said I had evictions.... which I do not have any evictions... the last eviction was over 20 years ago.... I was pretty sure that they wouldn't go back that far... then I was told to get paperwork from my job that I turned in but I still haven't heard anything ...I don't want to be a bother or a pest to anyone... but I keep emailing the company to see if I've been approved for the place and I still haven't heard anything back since I turned in my paperwork ....the person that I've been dealing with has been very nice to me and respectful not sure why she hasn't emailed me back yet I hope that's a good sign hoping to hear something this week but the people at the company are very nice and respectful....I haven't had an issue with customer service at all

Ive been with this company since 2018 and still connected with this company as a tenant. All I can say is hands down they are the best thank you all for everything from properties to the staff I just love the staffs they will get you what you need and want.
